Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Products

Due to the nature of our business, Soul Realm provides irrevocable, digital goods in the form of personalized Eastern Philosophy (Bazi) analysis reports. These reports are generated instantaneously upon successful payment and delivered directly to your screen.

2. No Refund Policy

Because our digital products are instantly consumed and cannot be returned, we strictly enforce a NO REFUND policy once the report has been generated and delivered.

By purchasing a reading from Soul Realm, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital, non-tangible service.
  • "Buyer's remorse" or disagreeing with the contents of the report does not qualify for a refund.
  • Our services are for entertainment purposes, and subjective dissatisfaction is not a valid ground for a chargeback.

3. Exceptions & Technical Failures

We stand by the technical reliability of our platform. Refunds will ONLY be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: You were charged multiple times for the exact same session due to a technical glitch.
  • Non-Delivery: You paid, but the website crashed and completely failed to generate or display the report, AND our server logs confirm that the API was not successfully called.

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe you qualify for an exception due to a technical failure, you must contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction. Please include:

  • Proof of payment (Transaction ID or receipt).
  • The exact time of the transaction.
  • A screenshot of the error (if applicable).
